In an amazing decision, the State of Ohio has denied an Ohio State University law graduate admission to the bar based on a lack of moral character. The law graduate is over $250,000 in debt from law school and is working for $12/hour part-time at the public defender's office. His denial of admission is based on having no plan to repay the loan and not seeking full-time work.
This is not good news for any law graduates, however it seems is all you have to be doing is "seeking" full time work and need a "plan" to repay the debt. Keep this in mind as you fill out your moral character applications.
